Tis the season to be fishy...

What is Christmas in the Aussie summer without seafood?
Here are some fresh oysters resting upon some fish from a local wholesalers. Personally I like to steam them with some ginger and spring onion, how about you?

  1. Oh yum! JFox those are some ultra fresh, ultra tasty looking oysters-and the ginger spring onion dressing sounds delish... maybe some lime too? *drools*
